ENTRY TONIGHT Pop into one of our green

vases and place on the designated table for display.

6.30PM HELP - PLEASE  The hall opens and we need some able-bodied helpers to assist with

setting up tables and chairs in the hall in preparation for our Christmas Dinner and meeting.

​

7.00PM MEETING COMMENCES  This will be a short meeting for urgent business only.

​

7.15PM CHRISTMAS DINNER BEGINS  We have some amazing cooks in our midst, so please bring a plate of special Christmas food (main course or dessert - your choice) to share for our Pot Luck dinner. Main Course food is to be put onto the Buffet Table, and Desserts go into the kitchen.

Free Tea, Coffee and soft drinks will be provided by our wonderful kitchen volunteers.  If you would like to bring any other drinks, you are most welcome to do so.
