Yes, this meeting is going ahead however, we must

comply with the current COVID 19 rules.

Members must ensure

*A mask is worn at all times while the meeting is held.

*Socially distance. 

*We also require each member to show proof of being double vaccinated. This is a requirement to enter the hall.

*If you are unwell, please stay home.

The hall opens at 7:00 pm

Assistance from our members to set up the hall will be appreciated ie (set out tables and chairs etc). Also, this is the time to prepare your Roses for the monthly competition.
