The hall opens at 6:00 pm for set-up please help (if you can) with the set-up and pack-up. Dinner 6:45pm.

Tonight's meeting is our annual "POT LUCK DINNER". Please bring along a plate to share, Tea and Coffee will be available. Please supply your own drinks to have with your meal.  Last year's dinner was held in November.

This year other events will be happening at this time to prevent this from occurring.

As usual, the monthly competition will STILL be a part of the night.

​

At this point in time yes, this meeting is going ahead with the relaxed COVID 19 rules.​

​

* It is your choice whether to wear a mask while the meeting is held. However, please remember some of our members have compromised health so be respectful of all.

* We will maintain Socially distancing. ​

* If you are unwell, please stay home.​
