Denise Shelbourn, RSWA Secretary and WAFAS President will be conducting 4 Floral Art Workshops.

 

As a follow on from the Introductory Course last year, Denise plans to run a series of 5 workshops during the year to enable you to Move On even further!

Even if you were unable to attend the earlier sessions, please come - you will easily catch up.

 

These are very casual sessions - you can learn heaps in an extremely relaxed environment and have a lot of fun doing it!

​

Why attend? Apart from it being good fun, you may wish to enter a floral art competition, particularly the Rose Society Spring Show, or just do some lovely designs for your home and friends!  Everyone is invited, you don't need to be a member of RSWA or WAFAS to attend.

 

Course Content:

We will go right back to the basics and cover mechanics, containers, using minimal materials (Denise's passion), being environmentally friendly as possible, etc plus anything else you wish to discuss.  These sessions are designed to cater for all levels of expertise.

There will also be floral foam, some containers, kenzans etc for sale - proceeds from this section will go to West Australian Floral Art Society.

Cost: $20 per person - cash (donated to Breast Cancer Research)

• Small Plate to share with others for lunch.

• Workshop tools and materials (further details to be provided closer to the date).

Please note for anyone with mobility issues there are 16 stairs with handrail to navigate before you enter the property. There will be assistance for you should you require it.
